3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

Course bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation.

Payment

Full payment is required to secure your place on a course unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation by You

• More than 14 days before the course: Full refund
• 7-14 days before the course: 50% refund or credit towards a future course
• Less than 7 days before the course: No refund, but you may transfer your booking to another person

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a course if minimum numbers are not reached or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied after your first session of a multi-session course, please inform your instructor or contact us before the end of that session. We will offer a full refund of the course fee. This guarantee applies only to first sessions and must be claimed on the day.

5. Course Participation

Health and Safety

You must inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may affect your participation before attending. You agree to follow all safety instructions given by our instructors.

Conduct

We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

Age Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, our courses are designed for adults aged 18 and over. Participants under 18 may attend certain courses with parental consent and must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and course materials, is the property of sleek-spark or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
